Is it really ready in one hour?
Yes, on every option marked 1 Hour. The hour starts once your payment has reached us and your artwork is approved. We message you the moment your print is ready.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes. Order online any time and collect day or night. The walk-in counter is open 10am to 8pm; after that, message us when you arrive and we will hand your order over.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Our account details are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email – use your order number as the reference.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. The price on the product page is the price you pay, plus any delivery you choose.
What file should I send?
A high-resolution PDF with 3mm bleed works best. Our Artwork Guidelines have a full checklist, and the free print tools will check whether your images are sharp enough.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Ask in the order notes or on WhatsApp and we will send a digital proof for you to approve.
Can you quote for something not listed?
